Personal protective equipment, also known as PPE, are items worn by you to protect you from exposure to hazards during work.
The Centers for Disease Control has released guidelines on the order in which to put on PPE:
- Gown
- Mask or Respirator
- Goggles or Face Shield
- Gloves
